The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the CBSE Class 12 Results 2026 on its official result portals. Students who appeared for the board exams can now check their marksheets through cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.
This year, Trivandrum emerged as the best-performing region with a pass percentage of 95.62%. Chennai secured the second position with 93.84%, while Bengaluru ranked third with 93.19%.
Delhi, which often remains a major focus in CBSE result analysis, could not make it to the top three this year.
Trivandrum Tops CBSE Class 1 Result 2026
Trivandrum has once again shown strong academic performance in the CBSE Class 12 board results. With a pass percentage of 95.62%, it ranked first among all listed regions in 2026.
Chennai followed closely with 93.84%, while Bengaluru stood third with 93.19%. Vijayawada took the fourth spot with 92.77%. Delhi West ranked fifth with 92.34%, and Delhi East stood sixth with 91.73%.
Although Delhi performed well overall, both Delhi West and Delhi East remained outside the top three.

Delhi Misses Top Three in CBSE 12th Result
Delhi remained among the better-performing regions but failed to enter the top three. Delhi West recorded 92.34%, while Delhi East reported 91.73%. Both regions performed above several major CBSE zones, but Trivandrum, Chennai and Bengaluru stayed ahead.
The results also show a wide gap between the top and bottom regions. While Trivandrum crossed 95%, Prayagraj recorded the lowest pass percentage at 72.43%.

Students can check their CBSE Class 12 results by visiting the official result website. They need to keep their roll number, school number and admit card ID ready.
To download the result, visit results.cbse.nic.in, click on the CBSE Class 12 Result 2026 link, enter the required details, submit the form and view the marksheet. Students should download or print the scorecard for future use.
How to Download CBSE 12th Marksheet Through DigiLocker
Students can also access their digital marksheet through DigiLocker. They need to open the DigiLocker website or app, log in with their registered mobile number or Aadhaar details, verify using OTP and go to the Issued Documents section.
